Knife Care

With a little attentiveness, caring for your knife is easy.

- Rinse after each use. Dry completely before storing.
- To clean the blade, use mild soap and warm water.
- Rinse immediately after cutting citrus.
- Care of the handle involves wiping with minimal warm water as needed to clean.
- Always dry your blade and handle immediately after cleaning.
- Never put your knife in the dishwasher.
- If your knife feels dry, you can oil the blade and handle with mineral oil or food safe wax.
